Does it even matter if it’s water weight? You enjoyed the holidays and we’re disciplined and got right back on track. I think it’s awesome and I’m happy for you with this win.
Whenever I have plateaued, I have to think in the mindset of where I would have been if I’d done nothing. You gained 3 and worked hard and lost it. If you hadn’t worked hard you may have continued the bad habits and added another 3 lbs, but you didn’t! And you should feel good about that! Now keep going!
