I have seen gains everywhere. Strength, muscle mass, etc etc but I'm not sure how much of that I would have gained without creatine, so it's hard to say. It's supposed to help with recovery, brain health, and other things as well.
I started with Thorne but then they ran out of creapure micronized version so I switched to Nutricost. Both unflavored. They were both recommended by people I trust and I've been happy with it. I take 5g a day either with my protein shake after I lift or, if it's a non lift day, I'll take it in the morning by adding it to my yogurt after a walk or something. I've have zero ill effects. No cramping. No stomach issues. Nothing. Time to get my other son on it now that he's entering HS. He's a football player.
My husband just had bloodwork and he has slightly low creatine so I am looking for a supplement for him and after researching I might try it was well. What is "Creature micronized"? Where do you buy Nutricost? online or in a store?
