What I don’t get is how it listed for $$1.495m in April 2021, then the price went down and UP and down for awhile and finally sold for $1.62m a year later in May 2022.
How does a house list, fail to sell for a year during the hottest market in recent history (2021), then sells for more than $100k over original ask a year later?? |

Don’t tear down this Missing Large property! There are people out there who need a 7-bathroom house but can’t afford to spend $3.5 mil, so this place at 1.95 allows them to stay in Arlington. |

| I sort of want it so I can host roller skating events for my daughters' girl scout troops. And end of soccer season parties, swim team events, whole grade sleepovers, etc. If I was a SAHP and had time to continuously host kid events, it could be very fun to have that much space. |
