Wonder why the current owners are selling?
Anonymous
Perhaps because it’s not everyone’s favorite house.

Based on sale history, seems like they bought it for 1.62 in May of 2022 and are now trying to offload it at 1.95m.

Wonder what makes them think they can get it for 320k more (ie 20% more) after only a year...i am guessing being greedy but who knows

Each time I see this room:

it takes me back to my roller skating rink days.

God it's just so incredibly ugly.

The layout is awful.

The layout truly is awful. Also what is the point of that basement thing? Looks as if they were going for a wedding/event venue look. Just so odd
Anonymous
Layout is horrible but seems like some place that could benefit from staging furniture.

I can’t believe it was really an arm’s length transaction. I bet it was a deal with family members or something weird like that and they just wanted to try to reset it by taking it off the market for a year

I’m pretty sure this is the guy who sold it last time which is so perfect. The buyer is an LLC with an address in Clifton and if they’re connected to the seller, I can’t find it.

Bahahahaha. I look forward to watching the price yo-yo crazily again. That place is so awful.

Is this not the perfect missing middle house? Turn it into multiple units already!

Who is the builder? A truly ugly house.

Funny you should ask…

I can’t understand why no one has torn it down yet. A few years’ ago it was bought for land value. That would have been time to tear it down and build something that would actually sell for $2m.
