| Things aren’t going to be easy sailing there for a long time. Maybe Israelis and Palestinians should a mutual peace rally condemning their failed leadership? |
I hope IDF destroys Hamas. But Bibi belongs in a prison cell. He has allowed global antisemitism to be released in a manner not seen since Nazi Germany due to his dereliction of duty and his petty domestic problems of his own making - the West Bank settlers, tacitly supporting Hamas at the expense of Fatah, removing security from the Gazan border, etc - that distracted him from Israel’s security. Hamas may be destroyed, but they’ve succeeded in rousing the sleeping giant that is global antisemitism. Horrific in hindsight. |
There actually have been a few events like this but they are sadly very small. |
I am pro ceasefire. However, this sort of callous disregard for life will not get us to a peaceful solution, we need to work together to reach that position. We all need to start dousing this fire of hatred instead of adding more logs to it. |
| This whole cycle of Hamas terrorism and Israel killing civilians in retaliation is not going to end. They all think they’re justified in doing it. This won’t end until they choose to work it out. |
| I have heard about this attack. But Hamas is a terrorist organization so this is their MO. Israel must defend itself. Death and destruction, now and the future. There will never be a peaceful existence when you live so near to terrorists. Hamas sucks. |
Yes, agree. Unfortunately, Israel is stuck killing civilians when Hamas uses them as human shields. The big takeaway is terrorists make terrible negotiating partners. |
It's evident you have a strong hatred for Netanyahu. But, nothing he has done has "allowed global antisemitism to be released." They have ALWAYS wanted to rid the world of Jews. The antisemites displaying proudly their hate for Jews has always been there - they are just making it public now because they believe it is acceptable. When you have others marching alongside you spouting the same ugly rhetoric, you tend to believe what you think and say is just fine. But, Netanyahu did not "cause" this. |
Israel doesn’t want to negotiate, nor do they want to stop settlements. |
Get over yourself. This victim complex that you clutch so dearly to your chest is ironically suffocating the rest of us. Individually, you are a rounding error. Despite your moaning and groaning about the world having murderous feelings towards you, the reality is that most people don't care to have feelings about you one way or another. This good and evil dichotomy you want to force on everyone is tired, and frankly, it's really rooted in the disgusting tradition of viewing others as less than you, as not as special as you, as ordinary in comparison to your "chosen people" status. There's exactly one region of the world where the locals have a problem with you, where you might have reason to have these kinds of feelings. Guess what? You chose to fight your way into that region to fulfill your fairytale Eretz Israel narrative. Stop dragging everyone else into your pity party. |
Not when that "negotiation" means a cease fire that leaves many Hamas terrorists alive on their border to continue their terrorist ways. These barbarians committed unthinkable atrocities on 10/7 and you expect Israel to just turn the other cheek and let these evil monsters continue to exist? |
First of all.... I am NOT a Jew. And, I can see antisemitism where it exists and I see it loudly and proudly in your message. Unfortunately, that "region" of the world includes the US as is evident from your post and from the disgusting protests supporting Hamas. |
Yes. This. |
| No one wants to talk about the ethnic cleansing of the Armenian headquarter of Jerusalem by Israeli extremists for some reason. I guess it’s all good when Israel does it. |
You’re just proving my point about the cycle. They all feel justified in what they do. They haven’t done any real negotiations, despite having decades to do it. |
