Swift a cancer in NFL

The coverage is over the top but so is your reaction to it, OP. A cancer? Gimme a break.

If football had more consistent flow to the game, I'd care. This would be an issue that takes away from the game in the NBA or in soccer because of the movement and lack of dead time. As it is, they need some better filler in between plays and possession changes in the NFL anyway!

Baseball NEEDS something like this to happen. They could show Taylor for 10% of the broadcast time with no real impact on the game.

She is annoying and hopefully she will be over exposed and go away.

She's just having fun at her boyfriend's football game. Take it up with the NFL and the TV networks, they are the ones showing her on the screen all the time.

Who is Taylor Swift ? Does she really have a tight end (can't tell from the pictures) ?

She sure doesn't look like a football player.

Random attractive fan #9 has to be annoyed. They were used to getting the zoom from time to time and were hoping to use it to build their online brand!

I know one 14 year old girl who has zero interest in football. She sits in front of the game just waiting for someone to mention or show Taylor. Once Taylor and Travis split up, the Swifties will go back to whatever they used to do. The idea that this is expanding the NFL fan base is laughable.

Do they have their own mind? It's hard to say sometimes.

Oh no, OP!

The cancer has spread to your thread!

It’s so funny, I actually prefer football because there are built in breaks between plays so I can run to the restroom, grab a snack, etc. every play is that much more impactful! Different strokes for different folks!

You both seem dim. Ratings are ratings, and make people money no matter where the ratings come from, even if it’s temporary. The people who make money could not give two f**** about your enjoyment of the game. Take it up with them.

Good grief, so, soooooooooo much bombardment with Swift dancing in her miniskirt at the latest game, and nonstop stories of her gasping and covering her face when Kelce got tackled. First off, Swift is a self reported Eagles fan, yet she is a phony supporting the Chiefs. Do we need to be constantly inundated with the nachos and outfits she wears to games? How biased will the NFL be to make sure the Chiefs don’t suck to ensure there is maximum viewership and apparel sales driven Swift zombies?

Swift is a cancer on the sport. She needs to go away.

That's odd melodrama for something that is bringing more attention to something you profess to like.

We're a football house and it's on all day Sunday, Monday night and Thursday night. The KC game was on yesterday and I didn't notice too much of her. I think they've toned it down. A few glimpses here and there. They often show Brittney Mahomes during games, too, so they got a two-for-one yesterday. Who the hell cares? The pictures of her with Bernie Kosar were bizarre!! (Lifelong Browns fan here. I know. Feel sorry me...)

What is really wrong with watching a game to see Taylor Swift? Isn't everyone basically sitting in front of a game waiting for something happen? Like most people only watch the Super Bowl for the commercials.
