| Fruit juice popsicles |
She’d have to do butter substitute |
| Sorbet ? |
| Popsicles |
| How about candy bowls with Swedish fish, twizzlers, etc. |
|
Isn't butter substitute still a fat? Margarine is a fat. Coconut oil is a fat. Olive oil is a fat. Crisco is a fat.
You are talking something like applesauce as the ingredient in lieu of butter? |

Jello jigglers
Those dirt cup pudding things, but with gluten free cookie crumbs dirt and soy pudding and gummy worms Vans original gluten free waffles drizzled with hersheys chocolate syrup (dairy free) non dairy whipped topping and sprinkles (may actually have a bit of fat) Muddy buddies made with enjoy life chips, sunbutter, powdered sugar, rice chex (no need to add butter) I would think a lot of fruit candy would fit the bill, specially fruit roll ups, fruit by the foot, etc |
| Pixie sticks? |
| Gummy candy |
| I would get school friendly cupcakes and provide jello or other alternative for the fat free kid. |
| What about the giant swirly lollipops? |
| Popsicles are perfect for this, you could also do allergy friendly cupcakes, with a gluten free one for those kids, and then have fat free jello cups for that kid. If this were a different gathering I would recommend a vegan apple crisp with gluten free topping but that’s not good for a kids bday party situation. |
Vegan gluten free apple crisp is actually a great idea! With dairy free ice cream. In the realm of dairy free ice creams, so delicious is prob the best, although trader joes has (had?) a coconut milk based chocolate ice cream that was pretty good. Come to think of it, ben and jerrys has some decent dairy free ice creams that may also be gluten free |
| Rice Krispies Have gluten from the malt flavoring but some brands are ok to use |
|
The fat is the most restricting. I think popsicles or sorbet is the way to go. There’s no worry about fat, dairy, gluten, or nuts as there would be with anything baked, even rice Krispy treats. If you can’t keep anything cold, gelatin treats like mochi can be fat/dairy/gluten free. I make mochi for my kids, but I’ve noticed that their friends don’t always love it, so it might be too unfamiliar.
