The U.S. Constitution doesn't provide any rights. Rights are granted by God (or by nature if that makes you nervous). The point is, the U.S. Constitution is a negative check on government power. Furthermore, since rights are NOT granted by man, they cannot be taken away by man.

Carry on... literally.

God didn't create guns, man did. Thus man can also decide whether or not you have the right to carry them.

The Constitution only affords you the right to keep and bear arms if you are part of a well regulated militia - those three words that you people keep conveniently and unconstitutionally ignoring.

No, unlike you, they know how to read.

Does the New Mexico constitution have a Suspension Clause, similar to our US Constitution?

Join the military and you will have that right, as the Founders intended.

18 USC 242 says "on account of such person being an alien, or by reason of his color, or race"
so how exactly does it apply?

New Mexico Constitution
Article II - Bill of Rights
§ 6 Right to bear arms.

Except the problem is that the guns she is concerned about are being used for crime, which is not covered under security, defense, lawful hunting and recreational purposes et cetera.

Then the next person to get shot in Bernalillo County will be the direct fault of the Sheriff.

No. It will be the fault of the shooter or the recipient. But not the Sheriff.

The shooting wouldn't have happened if the gun curfew were enforced, so YES the Sherriff is responsible.

So, you think that criminals are going to abide by her executive order?????

And, you think that the criminals are just going to forget about carrying around their firearms because of her order?

Security - are you police? If not then what is your legitimate role in carrying guns in public?
Defense - are you military? If not then what is your legitimate role in carrying guns in public?
Want a gun to defend your home, fine, but outside of that, it is not your role.

And if you are carrying a gun in a populated area then you are clearly not legally hunting or using it for recreation.

The Founding Fathers didn't say "well regulated militia" for no reason. They meant guns should be used for defense and security in the context of an organized and responsible militia - which you are not.

If criminals are going to carry guns then they are going to carry guns - and that will make the criminals a hell of a lot easier to spot. Except now we have idiots like the Bernalillo Sheriff who wants criminals to be allowed to carry guns.

So, you believe that the only time you need to defend yourself is in your own home? You think the chances pf needing to defend yourself in public is nil?
If you live in DC, I would think you would know better than that.

Her order would have made the Sheriff's job of catching criminals a hell of a lot easier. But instead the Sheriff doesn't want to do that job of catching criminals, instead he wants to play politics, while the criminals continue to shoot and commit armed robbery all around his dumb ass.
