I left out the mirin and plum sauce. Added a spoon of oyster sauce.

OP here. Thanks - I didn't mean to only ask for Korean flavors! I just meant similarly easy, next to zero clean up, healthy(ish) and kid pleasing.

Yes! That was really good. I wrap them in rice paper, like fresh rolls.

Kid loved it for school lunch.

Easy to round out with frozen rice and veg.

Dump and cook in a one pan for 8-10 minutes, which I did happily at 10pm for the next day.

No crockpot mess, no giant pot or heavy Dutch oven or greasy sheet tray. No waiting for oven to preheat.

Can anyone recommend similar recipes that are great?

How did you cook it without a pot?

I used a large ceramic non-stick pan, which I was able to clean in 30 seconds with no scrubbing.

I've never tried egg roll bowls, but I'll give it a try! I don't think DH like cabbage unless its Corned Beef and Cabbage so he'll have to eat something else lol.

This what I came to suggest.

Also deconstructed cabbage rolls if you like that flavour profile.

This is such a good easy meal. Use coleslaw mix and shredded carrots to make it SUPER easy.
