How about right before her set starts? You really think going 4 hours before the concert makes sense? |
It does if you want to see the opener(s). |
|
When I went to the RHCP at Nats Park last fall I bought a parking pass for the Geico lot that is basically attached to the stadium's outfield. I always parked there for Nats games so I knew the drill. You could try stubhub for you. You will be stuck in traffic leaving, but that's the same for ANY parking garage. There will be attendants handling the traffic flow out of the Geico lot, but it's the massive amount of pedestrians that make it time consuming.
There is a similar parking garage attached to the team store. |
NP here. I would check her reviews on ticketmaster to see what time she has started before other concerts. Does she have an opening act? |
| I live near Nats stadium and I think coming into the city earlier is better. There are tons of places to have dinner, and it will be crowded so you'll want to arrive 3ish hours before the show. I'd rather already be in the area rather than traveling in at the start time. |
Then get there at 7. The opener doesn’t start at 430. |
| OP here thanks everyone. We’re going to drive down and wing it lol. But plan on getting there early. The concer starts at 630 but tbh I don’t need to see any of the openers… I’m assuming she’ll come on at 9/930 |
Show starts at 6:30 per email from venue. |
Setlist dot com says she goes on typically between 8:45 and 9. Of course the weather may delay that. |
+1 I don't think Pink will do her normal acrobatics, above the crowd, if it is storming, correct? |
Agree. And you can hopefully be ahead of the weather. |
Very likely. And such a bummer. |
Let's hope the storm is well past by the time she goes on. CWG timing has the storm passing through the Beltway around 6 pm, plus/minus an hour |
+1 That is the best part of seeing her!! |
| Is there any chance of cancellation? |
