Do all men cheat?

Anonymous
No. But a lot of them do. As do a lot of women. It happens.

The apps just make it that much easier so cheating is going up with both sexes. For all ages. You used to have a hard time as a 60 year old finding 30 year olds to date. Now you can with apps.

No..all men don’t cheat. However, I think a high percentage of both men and women have cheated at least once.

I’ve cheated. Every guy friend I know well enough to know his situation has cheated. And plenty of guys I don’t even know all that well have been pretty open about cheating when it’s just the lads. I’m not just talking the “scumbags” you’d expect. Some are complete boy scouts and family men who legitimately love their spouses and families.

I’m sure you could find the exceptionally rare counterexample. But that’s what it would be. (Assuming we’re not talking about men who are old, smelly, fat, gross, etc., where the non-cheating really isn’t under their control.)

If being near-guaranteed of not cheating is your top priority, I’d go with someone who wouldn’t have the option based on general market forces.

I believe you about yourself but what in the world makes you think most men are like you? There is clear evidence otherwise.

It comes down to impulse control. If a person has strong impulse control, it's far less likely.

But that applies to anyone - young, old, men, and women. Some do cheat regardless who they are.

Men and women cheat at the almost exact rates, DNA kits are actually women cheat at a higher rate than studies show. It's estimated 10% of kids are being raised by a man that is not their biological father and they have no idea

Cheating is about personality types, not gender

The question is not do all men cheat; it's do all men cheat given the opportunity.

To that, yes, unless low drive. End of story. Lots of naive women who don't understand what testosterone does.

I had one of those men who did not cheat. He was always next to me and had no interest in trying to pick anyone up. I think he was afraid to be told to go to hell.He lucky he even got me.
When we separated, his attempt to get a woman did not go well.
May have been autistic and picky too.

10% seems really, really high.

I mean, that means that between the two third grades at my kid’s elementary school, there are six kids who are being raised by a man who isn’t their biological father and has no idea.

I would be surprised if there was 1.

About the same levels for men and women.

Actually women in their 20s are now cheating at a higher rate than men. It's just the regular DCUM attitude to only discuss the men doing it.
Who exactly are the men cheating with? Are they all having sex with the same person? Are single women lining up to sleep with married men?
Nope, it's mostly married people hooking up with each other

Exactly. Plus on this forum it's just viewed different for men vs women. Every woman on this forum that has admitted to cheating also gave an excuse for why their cheating was justified. But let a man admit it and see how the attitude changes.
He's a piece of garbage that deserves to lose all his assets and never see his kids again. On the other hand she deserves sympathy because her needs weren't being met and if her husband was a better husband then she wouldn't have to cheat

I have no idea what posts you are reading on this forum. I never, ever see this happen.

I’m a fit 55 year old software executive who has never cheated despite some tempting and easy opportunities. My dad cheated on my mom and I grew up with a single mom as a result.

I wouldn’t do that to my kids

My wife deserves more respect than that

I would be crushed to not be better than my dad

UK polls state 10%. United States seems to be closer to 4%
