Gazpacho recipe

I use this recipe from Ina Garten. If I have sherry vinegar on hand I use that, but I’ve been having a hard time finding it lately. I only use Knudsen organic tomato juice—it tastes best.

Mon Ami Gabi's gazpacho is hand's down THE BEST.
