| 6:15. Every morning. No alarm. Very occasionally she sleeps “late” which means 7. She has always been an early riser. |
| What time are you all going to bed? Mine can sleep until 10 but only if she’s up super late which isn’t most night. |
Screens are off at 9pm for these boys. Ages 15 and 14. They can stay up and read if they want. The early riser is often asleep by 9:15pm. The other one ranges from 9:45pm to 11pm. |

| 12yo DS. He is all over the place honestly. Sometimes he is up on his own around 7:30am and other times 10am. |
Same, usually one weekend day is up pretty early, the other he sleeps until 9:30 or so |
| Ours sleep until 10-noon most days. I see no point to waking them up. At least they are getting plenty of sleep. |
| they are going to camp, if they don't 10-12 |

If the 16 yr old is working that day, 7 am. If not…anywhere between 8 and noon.
I’m with the poster who is more worried about bedtime. I try for 11 pm on most nites. |
| My nearly 13 yo girl just started “sleeping in” this summer until 8 if left alone. Prior to this she’s been up at 6 daily for the entire time since she started sleeping through the night. I’ll take the miracle of 8. |
This. She’s staying up too late OP. Mine are lights out by 10 in summer and wake-up by 8:30, sometimes earlier. No camps for the whole summer also would not work for me. |

12.5 years old 7:30 has maybe slept until 8 once. He never sleeps in. |
This. If no camp, anywhere between 7-11. |

7am, or I just heard him and it is 650am. He just turned 12. Not sure when this sleeping in thing is going to catch on.
