| I’m the PP from above. If she’s in her late 40s, Frownies aren’t going to be effective. |
| Just do Botox. Light touch. It'll even improve your mood. |
Except in her own photos it does not look natural and conservative, but hard and obvious. No thanks. |
Can't seem to find anyone who has an actual light touch, they either have different aesthetic preferences or only care about $$$. |
Really? I only do 12-15 units, depending (not in DC, though). |
Yes, DC is so expensive most costly treatments tend to be pushed hard. |
Sure (I lived there for decades), but it's your body. You dictate number of units, as long as it's safe. |
+1. Frownies were fine for me in my 30s, but I just switched over to Dysport (early 40s) and I’m so much happier with the results. |
I wouldn’t suggest ONLY frownies but in addition to Botox. Frownies also let you go longer in between botox sessions. |
| Botox is fantastic for 11's. I'm 53 and very expressive, so I also get one more area at brows to add general lift. I'm thrilled with results- very natural. I go 2x a year and it's $400 per session. I go to a local med spa. |

When I see 11's forming, I do face yoga and they vanish for another few months.
Put two fingers between your eyebrows and press down so you don't create more/new wrinkles. Bring your eyebrows together. That's it. Completely free and easy, you can do it at your table or desk, and it works miracles for me. |
I want to try this. Do you have a link to YouTube video where I can see this? I am afraid I will do it wrong and it may give me more wrinkles. |
If you only do your 11s and nothing else, it won't change the way you look at all other than your 11s will disappear. To achieve a "hard and obvious" look, you'd have to do a lot more botox in other places on the face. |
Leave it to DCUM to say $300 four times a year isn't that expensive! |
That’s a great price. I pay $1000 four times a year. |
