College and University Discussion
It was determined yesterday that it was racial discrimination. This also means it has been racial discrimination which is, was and always has been unlawful. They were just found guilty of the crime they committed yesterday. Why shouldn't they be held accountable? If someone was guilty of murdering yesterday, could you say he should be freed because he was just found guilty? |
Murder? LOL. I think you are taking it too far but if you feel strongly about it, go ahead. Take them to court. |

Potential Class Act Civil Lawsuit |
You're trying to shift the topic. We were talking about whether Harvard should be held accountable. Maybe you're just not intelligent enough to discuss. |
Yeah, you are right. Sorry to interrupt your intellectual discussion. Carry on boy. |
Op, there were numerous SC precedents that previously held affirmative action constitutional. This is not a case of clear-cut violations of the law. |
+1000 Plus, how would you even prove it? I mean 96%+ are rejected right now at Harvard each year. That means many many many highly qualified kids are rejected, very easy to say it's for other reasons (and most likely is). Nobody is entitled to an elite education |

Giving arbitrary big negative points to Asiasn on courage/likability/kindness was crossing the line big time I can see huge class act civil lawsuit |
True. But if racial discrimination is involved, it's a different story. I guess we'll see. |
See what? |
It's obvious why you didn't get into Harvard, OP. |
|
Imagine inventing a 'likelyhood of commiting crimes' category, and giving big negative points to Blacks. You don't see lawsuit here?? |
You're making too many assumptions: e.g., that post was from the OP, I didn't get into Harvard. Shows lack of intelligence, which is not surprising. |
+1 |
| Dumbest thread of the day. You win OP. |
