Will there be class action law suits against Harvard?

I mean thousands of people potentially suffered damages from Harvard's unconstitutional racism. If each of them is awarded $1 million, it'll do part of the justice.

It’s ridiculous because being denied entry into Harvard will not automatically result in a person becoming destitute and a failure in life. The smartest and most accomplished people I know went to lower ranked state universities.
