Nice to look at
Pleasing voice
No drama
Doesn't participate in politics
Not active on social media

He's like an inoffensive robot. Wheel is the easiest gig in game shows, $15m/year for a couple weeks of work. He can do the job for the next 20+ years. Easy money and plenty of leisure time, if he chooses.

This!

Agree. He was the anti- Bob Barker. He wasn't asking the female contestant to reach into his pockets for a prize. You could tell he generally did not want to be touched, hugged or kissed.

+1 And how he can have so many jobs.

She's apparently lawyered up looking to stay on and needing a strong negotiator.

She is making a tiny fraction of what Sajak was making and hasn’t had a raise in like 15 years.

isn't she like 75?

Maybe they'll get to shake things up since they are bringing in a new host. Price is Right did that when they switched to Carey.

You could tell Sajak was getting bored with the gig 3-4 years ago. He started making snarkier, thinly veiled mean comments to contestants.

Ugh let’s have someone else saturate our screens!

Of course it’s funny I have an opinion bc I haven’t watched WOF in like 20 years….

Do they even need Vanna? I mean, you could get a digital screen with the same effect for way less than her salary. Does she even talk?

I have a hard time seeing him doing Wheel. Wheel is like SO very retro, out of fashion.

I think of Ryan Seacrest as the American Idol host -- a show that was new and on its way UP.

This feels like a demotion... like those D-list actors who went on Hollywood Squares back in the '70s and '80s.

I feel like Ryan could have done so much better than Wheel. How can he possibly feign interest in a spinning wheel? This is way beneath him.

I did know know much about him until he did Kelly + Ryan. He is very good, professional and does a lot of charity stuff.

They do not need Vanna. But she's the cheesy, distinctive thing about the show. She talks a little with Pat.

I sort of agree with this, and also think that's what makes him the perfect Pat Sajak replacement. Trade one piece of coiffed toast for another; see if anyone even notices.

Such an unrisky replacement. If they wanted another Pat, they got it!

I heard on the radio that Vanna has 1 year left on her contract. Stay turned.

You mean there is no one else out there that can even be considered. He works A LOT. Why not right. If you don't have kids, you have alot of time on your hands.
