How many times have you had Covid?

Zero. Neither me nor my husband. And we are not even that careful and he’s been all over the world.

Zero. And I'm not particularly careful. I have been tested maybe four times when I felt sick, but always negative.

Are you masking everywhere inside? Do you eat out? Work in person?

I did mask inside up until this month. The two times I got it was from an outdoor little league game last summer, and then the second time was from my son who got it on an airplane (we were all masked)

Zero.

My dh and I mask inside, and do not eat inside restaurants. And wear an N95 to health appointments and in crowded indoor spaces, but not outside. DH works in person one day a week, and wears a mask if he leaves his office; I wfh.

We have health reasons for doing this, so are motivated!

Your friends are probably not testing regularly (at this point most people are not) so have no idea how many times they’ve had it.

+100

We were somewhat careful and vaccinated as soon as allowed, but all got it twice. Likely got it from kids in school (one was with PK age kids who did not have a vaccine available at the time we got COVID the first time).

We were testing constantly and tested when we received close contact notifications from the school, which is how we detected. Both DCs had minimal to no symptoms, so we wouldn't have known otherwise.

None that we know of. Two parents, two teens. We've had a few colds, but tested negative for Covid. I don't know whether the tests were false negatives, or whether we're still Covid-naive and will end up with a bad case of it when we do finally catch it!

I never wear a mask, have asthma, am over 50.
Been to Europe (maskless!) 4 times, been on a dozen other flights and hundreds of restaurants.
Have no idea if or how many times I’ve been exposed because I don’t care.
I also don’t walk around in a body condom to avoid chickenpox or MRSA.

DC is still owning Trump by wearing masks. It would be funny if it wasn’t so sad.

By DC do you mean your kid? Because DC the city sure ain’t wearing masks.

Never. Not at all careful. Only wore a mask where absolutely required.

Zero.

Once I was fully vaccinated in April 2021, I ended all cautions completely. But even before, I did things like go to the gym (maskless), see friends and family indoors with a bit of caution.

Haven't had a booster since December 2021.

Tested at least twice every time I've gotten sick, and never tested positive.

So either I've had it 1000% asymptomatically, or I'm a rare weirdo who doesn't get covid.

At least twice, probably 3 or 4 times. But honestly, who cares? This is such a strange thread.

I've had it one time so far, in March 2023.

at least twice... was very careful until vaccinated and then only masked when required
