How many times have you had Covid?

I have managed to get it twice despite being extremely careful up until recently. Just curious what others have experienced. My friends who haven’t been careful at all have gotten it only once so it got me thinking.

Once, in December 2021 right after the holidays. I had been pretty careful up until then but haven't since.

Zero, to my knowledge. Extremely careful until DH and I were vaccinated and relatively careful until kids were vaccinated. Pretty much not careful at all since then. My teen son had it once, DD, DH and I have not had it at all.

Zero but we are very careful, masked 100% indoors

Zero. Only one of my immediate family who has avoided it. Or I had a symptomless case. I’ve tested multiple times with every possible cold symptom and have been negative each time.

Zero despite three direct exposures when my husband and kids each had it (at different times). Always tested during those times and tested negative and no symptoms. Masked back when masking was required but otherwise have led a normal life of being inside with others, in restaurants, etc.

Your friends are probably not testing regularly (at this point most people are not) so have no idea how many times they’ve had it.

Are you masking everywhere inside? Do you eat out? Work in person?

None as far as I know, but I got the flu once when I thought I was being really careful.

Once. Caught it from my adorable vector of viral illness 5 year old. The rest of the household avoided it.

I never wear a mask, have asthma, am over 50.
Been to Europe (maskless!) 4 times, been on a dozen other flights and hundreds of restaurants.
Have no idea if or how many times I’ve been exposed because I don’t care.
I also don’t walk around in a body condom to avoid chickenpox or MRSA.

DC is still owning Trump by wearing masks. It would be funny if it wasn’t so sad.

Once that is confirmed by test. I think we had it before it was announced to be in the US also-so possibly twice. We had a crazy virus the February before schools shut down and when I got it from my kids I lost taste and smell for a week.
