| Meh. Fine not great. |
| Great school! Congrats to the boys! |
|
Boarding kids success hides the underperformance of Gen pop.WJ, Whitman, GC, SJC, not to mention Visi, SR,
SAAS, St. A,'s all had much more impressive outcomes. So worried about the college at the school in a couple years. The school is not what is used to be. |
| If you have a kid there, opt them out of this! I get that they will use images and stories about kids for marketing but this is too much. Public social media should not be so personal. |

Do most of the kids usually continue on to catholic universities? 7/10 posting so far are to
Catholic universities. The other catholic HS, granted they have more postings, don’t seem to send most of their kids to Catholic universities. |
| I don't think you can evaluate this outcome until we see more postings. Sample is too small. |
The “kids” sending in pics to this Instagram page are 18 years old or very close to it. That ship has sailed. |
The kids love the school. They are happy. Great colleges to attend next is wonderful and they all have great choices but we are so happy that the kids at this school love their school. I don’t hear this about many of the above mentioned schools. This is a big factor for us. |
Whatever floats your boat. I'm sure most the the kids at the better schools love their school too and had better outcomes The boys did the best they could. Best of luck to them. |
These IG accounts for high schools are plainly not posting all kids. You can do extremely basic math every year to figure that out. Many kids think it’s tacky and don’t participate. But DCUM posters who seem to believe these are all the kids are a little dim and the math is too hard for them. |
| It's not any different from other independent Catholic high schools. |
| Richard Montgomery HS is 5 minutes away and their students this year got into MIT, Harvard, Penn, Stanford, Duke et al yet again. RM is also $40,000 cheaper than Prep. |
I would never send my kid to a 3000+ student, dangerous public high school where kids have to jump on each other like werewolves for basic opportunities. |
A large percentage of GP grads do go to Catholic colleges. There are frequently family connections to these schools. The Catholic colleges give weight to Catholic high schools (especially the Jesuits). And the kids find these Catholic colleges feel very comfortable to them. |
Same RM is a much better option. |
