Is it possible for a 36/37 years old person, to look like a 20/22 years old?

Botox and fillers. They are young enough where it isn’t too overdone yet to look scary fake.

It’s a mixed bag. Some of them look like they’ve been living hard lives

My dad was like that. Before he went grey he looked incredibly young.

It used to drive my mom nuts, and she’s two years younger than he is. When I was a kid, the neighbor came over and asked her if her little boy could come play. At first she tried to explain that I (her only child) was a girl, but then she realized he was talking about my dad who he thought was her son. It didn’t help when I grew up and repairmen would give me messages for my “husband” (Dad).

My mom is actually a lovely woman who takes care of herself. However, while has always looked good for her age, she still looked her approximate age. My dad just had genes that made him look super young.

I once had a student in my fitness class who I took to be about 21. Turns out she was 38 with a 17 year old daughter.

My parents did not go grey until their 60s. I am 62 and now have some grey, as does my sister. Good genes in our family.

I once worked at a restaurant with a woman who was a 36 y/o *grandmother*. She was stunning & looked about 20 herself.

Yes, until his late 40s, my Japanese father looked extraordinarily young. My graduate school professor who oversaw my Teaching Assistantship told me that the undergrads wouldn't respect me because I looked 14! I was terrified of teaching and thought that was entirely the wrong thing to say right before my first day... and she turned out to be wrong anyway because the kids were really nice.

I know a guy who has a smooth face, is short and thin, and dresses like a teenager (sweatshirt from the high school where he taught) and when he would be out cutting the grass or whatever neighbors always assumed he was the teenage son of the mysteriously always absent homeowners. He was mid 30s.

Black women. I work with a few who could pass for college students. They dress professionally but we’ve had a few dress down occasions and they easily looked like college kids.

Asian women also tend to age well and look a decade younger on average.

This is true. I’m asian and got regularly carded buying alcohol in my late 30s. Asian women also tend to be petite in size so the whole package just looks young.

They look plastic.

I've never known anyone personally who looked more than 5 years younger than their real age. I don't know why some people find it so hard to spot obvious signs of aging. Everyone has tells. Of any race.

I'm white, 38, and almost always get carded. That's normal.

When I was 31 and mom of a 10 yr old and a 5 yr old I got carded to get into an R rated movie. I have great skin even though I spent a lot of time in the sun when I was younger. Caucasian too!
