I looked borderline high schooler into my early 30s, especially if wearing something casual. And, admittedly my style wasn't overly sophisticated (clothes, hair, make-up), though not juvenile.

Now in late 40s, still routinely carded (not just in the everyone gets carded places). I sometimes get the the double take on my ID then the "oh...oh, okay".

I am 50. I looked much younger than my age into my 30s, then my age for a decade, now I think I look older. In college, everyone said I looked like a high schooler. In my 30s, teaching at the college level, people routinely mistook me for an undergrad. I had perfect skin through my teen years but now that skin is dry and wrinkled!

We have a family member who is 82 and most people think she is on her early 50's. She attributes it to no husband or children. She had a good point

I might add that she has had no vanity surgery and let her hair go naturally gray.
