OP, there are so many options out there, and the best is truly just based on your personal preference. My mother was just diagnosed with late-onset celiac in her 70s and tried all the different types of GF pasta. She settled on liking the varieties made from corn. Other people may like the rice pasta, others the quinoa, and others the chickpea. You just have to try them all and decide which one you like best.

| Jovial brown rice pasta is the best. I don’t have issues with gluten and I only use Jovial brown rice pasta despite the higher price because it’s so much tastier than wheat pasta. |
Those with celiac likely ate pasta before their condition was diagnosed. If I had to go GF I’d just eschew “pasta” altogether. |

That’s nice. I grew up making pasta from scratch. Now my body can’t process any wheat. I’d rather have something than nothing. I primarily use rice pasta since it’s the most agreeable to my digestion. My family still enjoys it. We also make kill mom pasta or husband makes wheatful lasagna for everyone else. You’d prob disapprove of my dairy intolerance too. Lol. My dairy free cream sauces are definitely not milk, but my ancestors still help me season that beautifully. So yeah the real thing is better. But if you can cook well gf can be nearly undetectable and certainly delish. It’s less heavy too. |
