If I had to go GF I’d just eschew “pasta” altogether. [/quote] That’s nice. I grew up making pasta from scratch. Now my body can’t process any wheat. I’d rather have something than nothing. I primarily use rice pasta since it’s the most agreeable to my digestion. My family still enjoys it. We also make kill mom pasta or husband makes wheatful lasagna for everyone else. You’d prob disapprove of my dairy intolerance too. Lol. My dairy free cream sauces are definitely not milk, but my ancestors still help me season that beautifully. So yeah the real thing is better. But if you can cook well gf can be nearly undetectable and certainly delish. It’s less heavy too. [/quote]
