Or people who care about their health and avoid excessively salty/fatty foods? |
| Most of the chicken wings sold are totally gross. But years ago I would go to a bar famous for them and they were so good. If they are done right they are really tasty. But then they got popular and every crappy pizza place and bar started selling them. |
| I don't get it either. |
I grew up eating bone-in chicken. I prefer thighs. I guess that’s why chicken wings are so disappointing…there’s no there there. |
I would not want to eat wings at every meal, but lord, life entirely without salty/fatty foods is not one I’d choose to live. Bon appetit! |
Where was this bar? Do tell! |
You joking right? We taking about most indulgent nation in the world! |
| Soy garlic wings from Korean fried chicken places make me want to say dirty things. OMG, life-changing! |
| Gross. Skin. Disgusting. Skin, little meat, bones. Hard no. |
That’s what my husband says about blue crabs but he’s not from maryland so I forgive him for his ignorance. |
|
There are wide variations in the quality of wings, but in general you to appreciate salty, spicy, chicken skin.

Archie Moore’s! OMG, memories. I did a lot of drinking there when I was home for summers during college. Great wings. |
Mmm on the sauce+bone+gristle+mess (and crisp skin). More for us |
| Crispy skin, tender flavorful meat, and excuse to eat with my hands & suck on the bones. What's not to love??!? |
