| I watched 3 episodes today and liked it. Not thrilled with the scenery/location…Rose… let’s go to my cabin in the woods. ( outside DC) then they’re filmier in some major forest that’s clearly not VA.. |
Its mostly filmed in Vancouver. |
That was the night manager or something? Hotel manager? |
No you don’t. |
There was an Indian in Twilight? |
|
Slight spoiler alert.
One creepy scene that I really loved, and which stood out to me, was when the hacker girl and FBI guy are hiding in the woods and watching their cabin through binoculars, waiting to see if their call had been traced. No movement for hours, so they decide it's safe. And just as they begin to get up, the evil assassin woman comes stumbling through the woods to the cabin, shouting for help and pretending to be injured. That scene was so creepy, it gave me chills and I had to rewind a couple times. So predatory and chilling. |
There were many Native Americans in Twilight. Did you not watch it with your eye open? |
+1 |
In some shots Rose reminds me of the Indian girl in 1923 (can't remember the character's name). I think the actress is from New Zealand. |
She is probably Maori which is Native in NZ. Why do people keep writing "Indian" and not "Native American"?? Are you living under rocks or something? |
The Night Manager with Tom Hiddleston and Olivia Coleman. Sooooo good. Totally different level from this show which is OK. |
OMG yes! DH and I said the same thing!

| Only on Episode 2 (just finished) We're enjoying it for what it is. I'm not one to poke holes in storylines but so far I see too many. Just silly ones like why on earth would they go to her aunt and uncle's cabin in the woods! If I were the killers that would be one of the first place I'd look. Or why were they able to easily access the house right after the murders - they just walked right on in. Again if I were the killers that would be the first place I'd go back to so that I could finish the job. And in episode 1 when the killer was just taking his sweet time walking around the house and just standing there in front of the closet where she was hiding. Kind of lazy writing. All that said, it's a fun series. We'll keep watching. |
| All of a sudden there’s a huge shipping container yard in DC? Where there is no shipping port. Coulda done better with that kind of stuff but in general I’m enjoying it… gonna watch the last episode here shortly. |
