Appears he was caught and shot but doesn’t say he’s been killed. Was taken to the hospital. Still, he’s made things so much worse.

Just that he was killed in a 'confrontation' with the FBI. His lawyer says it's not clear how his death came about - which leaves open the possibility that he took his own life.
