whole milk 1/2 gallon sausage patties (2) cookies 2ct bakery muffin 1 cuc 1 pint grape tomatoes 2 red bell peppers romaine lettuce 2ct daves white bread biscuits greek yogurt pancetta 3 apples sour cream pineapple garlic 3 heads green onions jasmine rice cream cheese cheddar cheese cheddar jack blend whipped cream peas kale 2 pita packages flour tortillas 4 limes 2 lemons muffin mix orange bell pepper (2) cilantro feta 1 lb carrots thyme WF 115 2 1/4 lbs beef 1.8lbs chicken thighs 3lb chicken breasts 1lb lamb uncured bacon maldon salt pasture raised eggs cod fillet breaded frozen challah bread silk DF yogurt (1) ripple choc (1) siggis DF yogurt (1) TJ $41 2lb red onion 3 yukon pot 2ct celery 2 pears 1 hothouse cuc 2 honeycrisp candied pecans (2) goat cheese mint french rolls mayo eggs Costco $68 kielbasa big pack raspberries that's it bars rotisserie chicken pam spray uncrustables 8lb bag oranges maple syrup all purchased on the 4th/5th, will last through the 12th/13th so about 10 days. we do our bigger shopping trip in the first of the month for staples (rice, syrup, that's it bars, uncrustables, pam, pecans, salt, shredded cheese, 1/2 eggs for the month, onions, breakfast sausage and bacon buy 2x month). may have to get some more fresh fruit and milk on Saturday but total= $340 for a family of 3 usually a 300-350 trip for the 1st and 3rd week and then 200-250 for 2nd and 4th week. whatever is left from the 1st and 3rd week or monthly purchases makes the menu for the following weeks. |
