| I have my Sleep Number bed set to 95. A water bed would be hell for me. |
| My best friend in middle and high school had it. I loved going to sleepovers there because we would both sleep on it. I remember feeling comfortable and warm. |
| How do you get busy on it? |
+1 |
| I had one in high school. It was such a cool bed! |
| I resent that waterbeds went out of fashion when I became an adult. |
Are you me? Same age, same location and same bed I think!
Honestly, if I laid down on a waterbed now, I'd never be able to get back up out of it LOL I'd need a Hoyer lift haha |
|
Had one in high school in the 90s. It also had a heater so I would turn the heater on while I was getting ready for bed and then be able to climb into a nice, warm bed!!
Thanks for the memory OP! |
| How did you fill up the waterbed in apartments or second levels? was it by hose? |
| Nobody’s wants to rent to someone with a water bed. The benefit goes to the sleeper and the risk goes to the landlord. They were strictly for homeowners. No idea about the second floor. |
How was he able to get any leverage when in the midst of going at it??? |
| I had a water bed in high school (1990) It was ok. But cold when the heater broke by college time. |
Yeah I don’t get it |
The person that has had more sex than I think anybody else I know had a waterbed, so it can be done. My DH’s good friend from college had a king-sized waterbed. We helped him move it like five times. |
Yup hose attached to the kitchen faucet. |
