I have a Vitamix. This is what I have almost every morning.

Imagine the large plastic container of baby greens (Kale/spinach/chard). I take 1/2 of that and put it in blender. I smash it down until it is packed tight.
1/4 c of flax seeds (about 3 TBS)
1 banana
then I add water until it comes about an inch above the greens
Add whatever fruit is in the freezer (blueberries, pineapple, mango, blackberries, dark cherries)
Extras: peanut butter, ginger root, lemon

This usually makes 3 large containers that I drink throughout the morning which takes me through lunch.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
-3/4 cup frozen blueberries
-1.5 cups fresh spinach leaves
- 1 whole carrot peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup juice of choice
- .5 TBS turmeric
- 1/3 cup yogurt (your preference)
- .5 to 3 TBS of honey (to desired taste)
1.5 TBS whole flax seed

you will need a blender for this

1. Pour whole flax seeds into the blender and cover blender. Turn to medium speed for about 20 seconds or until you see the seeds have turned into a powder.
2. Add the spinach, carrot, turmeric, yogurt, and juice to the blender. Cover and pulse mixture until combined and turn to high speed for 20 seconds
3. Add frozen strawberries and blueberries and cover and turn to medium **if needed add 1/4 more juice** mix until all ingredients have been combined and pour directly into a mug

Enjoy!
