I had to scratch off the cover to find the code to check the balance, because it was sent to me without an amount. Would it be in poor taste to regift now?

Not if it’s for White Elephant!

Exactly. I can't imagine not being able to stomach some pancakes for breakfast. Easily $50 for a family. Bonus, get the syrup on your pancakes.

Honestly they screw that up half the time. We have tried it several time For the most part, it is maybe a step above vomit on a plate. Last time our 8 year old pointed out how disgusting his salad was, we tried it. It was awful, we left enough to cover the bill + tip and walked out.

It just doesn't get much tastier than this! OP if this pic makes you cringe and clutch your pearls just give it to the maid or the butler, they won't care about your little scratch off issue.

I love you.

I grew up very well off. I've traveled all over the world and have eaten and leared to cool amazing food. One of my siblings is a chef, and another is a restauranteur. And I love the food at Cracker Barrel. Chocolate pecan pie? Don't mind if I do.

Also, they have great cast iron cookware and lots of gift items. But if it makes you feel better, OP, I am sure that many people are quite impressed by your needing help knowing what to do with a gift card.

Hash brown casserole will never touch OP’s lips!!

Do you not ever take a road trip? I love CB, but even if I didn't, I would stop there for the clean bathrooms and old school snacks. And if you like audio-books, you can pick one up and return it at another CB. There's a cost involved, but hey, you've got $50 free ones!

Is it close to where you live? If so, go in person and check out their store. You could easily spend $50 on small items like candies or Burt’s bees/o’keefe’s lotions and stuff or other little stocking stuffer type gifts. If it’s not nearby and you would need to order online, get some of the gift baskets to give out as teacher gifts. Or if you have kids they have Harry Potter stuff, art kits, stuffed animals/squishmallows, lots of stuff my kids would like there.

+1 why exactly did you feel the need to come here OP to essentially shame someone who had the audacity to give you a gift? It's bizarre and sad.
