In a world where justice is served, both Alito and Thomas would either be successfully removed from the Court (either by impeachment or resignation), and Biden would immediately bring forth a nomination to replace one of them with Anita Hill.

This story in today's NYT is by Jodi Kantor, who wrote about Weinstien for the NYT.

The GOP is not a functioning party. To agree to investigate Thomas, then to take the results seriously and vote to impeach is well beyond what the GOP can manage today.

OP is obviously misrepresentinng the NY Times article. Don't get me wrong, it certainly doesn't look good for Alito in terms of Dobbs but let's be honest, this article is not about Dobbs, it is about Hobby Lobby

The guy he leaked the Hobby Lobby decision to told Justice Roberts that he thought the Hobby Lobby leak was relevant to the Dobbs leak.
