Same here. I know I overuse exclamation marks in emails, but I just can’t quit !!!

Nothing. I write thank you at the end of the body and include my signature block.

Regards

I also say Thanks in the email itself.

"Thanks" is my standard.

At my last employer everyone used "very respectfully" but that would be weird in my current workplace.

Eternally,

I dislike V/R a lot. Like you couldn't even write it out, how respectful are you?

I use "Thanks," or "Thank you." I'd like to use Best more, but it seems impertinent.

I hate "best" - Best WHAT???

I use "Thank you" or just a dash.

VR internal
Very respectfully - DOD external to my org or senior leader
Respectfully - nonDoD
Friends - hugs, best, thanks

Some days I wish I could put Kindly GFY.

Thank you.
This is now on my wish list.

I exclusively use best for people I hate.

I've never gotten "Best" just like I've never gotten the salutation "All." I've noticed that the same type of people use both. It explains why I don't like them.
