APS Taylor Elem - 3 Kindergartens this year

What drama? Do you mean with the principal or the mid year class switch for some students? My understanding is most parents were happy with the new teacher and were glad to have more manageable class sizes. I don’t understand how rising 2nd grade dropped a class.

But there’s a cap on class sizes. It just depends on how the total per grade breaks out. At ASFS they mixed 1st/2nd as well to balance classes.

There won’t be any 30 person kinders, and lunch and recess will be way more manageable
