Maybe stop acting like you are entitled to $2/gallon gas. That's number one.

Number 2: Gas was pretty high in 2007 (under Bush). A friend just posted a FB memory from that time when it was over $4/gal in the NE. It's not just now. Sh-- fluctuates.

Number 3: they are falling. Maybe not as fast as you'd like but this is a worldwide issue in response to the last few difficult years.

Number 4: I'm in 22030 and am able to get it for about $4.00. Further west, in Winchester / Front Royal, it was sub-$4 this week.

So all of us in DMV should drive out to Winchester to buy gas?? Genius idea. /s

starting with : Gas is $3.69 in the 23116

Similarly, if you have photos of fully stocked formula shelves share them here

Gasbuddy shows 1 station near 23116 at $3.69, but most are in the $3.90 range. There’s one at $4.55, should I choose that one and say gas in 21136 is $4.55 like you did?

the price of gas has extremely little to do with POTUS or the power in control of Congress. If you want to lower the price of gas, the only way to do it is on the demand side - use less gasoline across the nation. We cannot supply our way to lower prices other than the short term.

Then why is the POTUS bragging about lowering the price?

Because Republicans were slamming him for the increase in price of gas.

You all are forgetting the work that was done , ordered and set in motion by Biden to set the price paid by buyers for russian oil, which was also discussed as part of other negotiations in his ME visit

Is there a 538 type person out there who can make us a price map of both US and European Gas prices ( converting from Liters of course )

22030

$4.09 at the Costco near my house.

My daughter was driving back from Charlottesville (VA) several days ago and filled up for $3.69 a gallon.

As it doubled people kept saying "POTUS has nothing to do with gas prices". Now he does? Which is it?

Live in 20024, filled up for $4.09 at the DC Costco yesterday.

Meanwhile what the hell are all of you non-DC people doing on a message board intended for DC parents?

I show prices in your area from $4.09 at Costco and $4.25 at a lot of places nearby on Gas Buddy.
