NP: I consume between 1200-1400 cals a day. I assure you I'm not anorexic. 54yr old, post menopausal woman. I work out every day.

For many people, and active people in particular, 1200 to 1500 calories a day would absolutely be anorexic.


1500 is plenty, unless you're an athlete, pregnant or still growing.
