+1. Betsy Twigg is a fantastic realtor for N. Arlington. She seems to know everyone. |
-1 Had bad experience with him. |
+2 Was going to write the same thing. She’s been in the area since the dawn of time. She talks a little too much for me but seems like she gets the job done. |
| One of the four google reviews for Betsy twigg certainly seems to fit the desire for someone “aggressive” |
I know what you mean but she seems to make people comfortable and you end up talking to her too much, too. After she sold our house, I really missed our chats. |

Hm, no. She tried to sell us on the “I am a lawyer” pitch |
Huh. All I can say is that we used her and she was way sharper than the average realtor and knew the N Arlington market well. If you've got something against lawyers I guess that would be a knock against her lol |

I am OP and have not yet responded.
By aggressive I mean someone that will push our offer through and advocate for us. Not just wait and see. |
I’m the first person who recommended Betsy. We chose her when we needed a bigger house after she was the seller’s agent on the first house we bought. She’s not going to come off as aggressive, but if you are buying in N Arlington there is a 95% chance she personally knows everyone involved in the transaction. A good negotiator doesn’t come in like a bull in a china shop no matter what. A good negotiator profiles the other side and proceeds accordingly. She also will stick with you through closing and make sure every detail of the inspections and closing goes smoothly. |
| David Cabo. A great guy but aggressive, proactive, very committed. |
