She’s not going to come off as aggressive, but if you are buying in N Arlington there is a 95% chance she personally knows everyone involved in the transaction. A good negotiator doesn’t come in like a bull in a china shop no matter what. A good negotiator profiles the other side and proceeds accordingly.
