It is super simple, it's just hard for a lot of people to implement. Weight loss is CICO. You need dedication, that's the hard part. |
But it is. Here's what you do: Catch the nasty cold virus that's going around. Has Covid symptoms but is not Covid. (I tested.) You will be sick in bed for 2 days and lose your appetite for days. Then when the cold symptoms continue with the runny nose and congestion, you still won't feel like eating much other than soup. I was wildly thirsty and drank enough fluids so wasn't dehydrated but lost like 5 pounds in first week. When you feel better slowly ramp up eating but eat small meals no snacks. Lost more weight. Amazing. |
This is OP. That was May 17 2022 when I posted that, and I'm 183 now! So five pounds in 2 months. It has been slow but easy. I'm still not counting calories. I am trying to up intake of dark, leafy greens. Supplements are COQ10 and a prebiotic/probiotic. Fasting from whenever dinner ends to 12 hours later in the morning, or till lunch if I can make it that long. I don't drink alcohol or sodas or juice. So far my exercise is just 3- 5 minutes lifting weights (dumbbells) and going for a walk. If I"m at the pool I wish swim leisurely laps, nothing much. Not sure if I should crank it up a notch or just keep going as I am going. So far this is very sustainable. |
