So five pounds in 2 months. It has been slow but easy. I'm still not counting calories. I am trying to up intake of dark, leafy greens. Supplements are COQ10 and a prebiotic/probiotic. Fasting from whenever dinner ends to 12 hours later in the morning, or till lunch if I can make it that long. I don't drink alcohol or sodas or juice. So far my exercise is just 3- 5 minutes lifting weights (dumbbells) and going for a walk. If I"m at the pool I wish swim leisurely laps, nothing much. Not sure if I should crank it up a notch or just keep going as I am going. So far this is very sustainable. [/quote]
