I went to Delaware - Go Blue Hens!

She has decided to stick with Delaware. She wasn’t expecting it, and we have never even visited Pitt.

There is movement on Cornell and Brown's waitlist, so pp can move on at the end of May or June when things are clearly over.

That’s fantastic! Indiana’s school of music is superlative!

Thanks! In light of this development, we were having a debate this morning as to whether a new euphonium would be a qualified expense from his 529 plan.

How do you hear? Is it a phone call? email? text?

Haverford emailed yesterday that there is no longer a waitlist. I guess they filled their class as of May 1.

DD waitlisted at Case Western. She keeps getting emails asking if it's her first choice, and she says yes. Her stats are way higher than CW's averages, yet they put her on the waitlist. I suspect it's because she didn't visit the school. She was hoping to get accepted before visiting. She's already accepted UVA, but still would go to Case if they accepted her. This waitlist thing is strange.

Sorry to hear that. It's painful to get waitlisted and then rejected. It feels so close.... Best of luck to your child. My kid got rejected from Havorford. She would have gone there if she's gotten in. It seemed like a perfect fit for her.
