This is also seasonal for me, but here is a loose idea this time of year:
-Pasta, meat, salad, bread (chicken parm, baked ziti, spaghetti and meatballs, etc) -Pizza (frozen or ordered in) -Tacos/quesadillas, beans, avocado (chicken, beef, shrimp, etc all with cheese) -Braised pork/beef (Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Korean), steamed rice, bok choy -Rotisserie chicken or ham, au gratin potatoes, cheesy broccoli, rolls -Southwest chicken skillet with leftover rotisserie chicken, topped with avocado, cheese, sour cream -Breakfast for dinner -DH’s home smoked pork or brisket sandwiches, corn pudding, Cole slaw -Seared fish(fish sticks for kids), some kind of rice, green vegetable -Slow roasted garlic pork shoulder, steamed rice, sautéed cabbage There are many other one-off meals as well. I love making new things! |
