| Dates, prunes. Look for soluable fiber sources and lots water, exercise |

Yep, a go-to meal that works every single time.
I eat a Chick-fil-a breakfast (chicken biscuit & hash browns) on an empty stomach. The grease first thing gets things kickstarted and cleans me out. It only works for me with Chick-fil-a. No other fast food breakfast. |
| I drink iced tea and then I make a mad dash for the loo. |
| Chia seed pudding. |
| Coffee, and then drink extra water. |
|
One of those big veggie salads from sweet green or chop’s. No meat or cheese in it—just veggies.
We went on vacation to a rust belt area last summer and the restaurant food was so fatty and heavy….I was totally craving one of those salads! |
| Opposite question: Does anyone else have trouble going to the bathroom after they eat a lot of chicken? I made a big pot of chicken white bean chili for the first time and it gave me such trouble. Is it the chicken or the beans? I was assuming chicken because I eat bean/cheese breakfast burritos sometimes and haven't had an issue. |
| Pears |
| I know someone who swears by dried apricots. |
| Drink a ton of water. Always works for me. |
| Phillips magnesium caplets. Fiber does NOTHING for me. The problem for me isn't a lack of fiber, it's that things just don't move out. My diet is very healthy, fiber makes me bloat. |
Try Ruby Tuesdays. They're usually in the middle of nowhere too. They have a wonderful salad bar. It's the healthiest place I've found so far in the middle of nowhere. |
| Yes, a milkshake from Chick-fil-a or McDonalds. They have an additive that my body doesn't enjoy, and it is a sure fire way to flush everything out. I would say this only happens maybe twice a year, typically I have no issues. |
Milk causes issues for a lot of people. |
Raspberries, pears, and a nice cup of hot coffee. Whoosh! |
