I read an article yesterday about a bunch of truckers that were still in Arizona, stopping for rallies in towns along the way. They were camping overnight in the desert and locals brought them food and hung out with them. They seemed to be having a great time. The description said that there were hundreds of people in the gathering, but that included some unknown number of locals. They are still heading east and presumably picking up others on the way. Hopefully their numbers will drop as gas prices continue to increase. The plan to keep them out of DC proper probably takes the wind out of their sails too.

Weird Giant camo Humvey with the trailer in the back on the corner of 14th and New York was pulled over by a cop around 2 o’clock today don’t know if it was military or some strange person

I cut across town by way of the Mall and other areas twice today and didn't see anything. But I did see some big National Guard trucks including ones that could tow and ones that had a 5th wheel that could be used to clear out any 18-wheelers that didn't want to leave on their own.
