What foods always make you sick?

Ice cream. I’m ok with cheese, yogurt, cream. But the frothiness of ice cream makes
Me feel yuck

It’s sad because I love Ethiopian so much, but the last two times I’ve had it, I had poop emergencies for a week afterwards whenever I ran.

Same when I eat Indian food. My stomach is just not used to any level of spice at all and reacts poorly.

Anything dairy, anything fried.

+1 every single time. I can’t figure out what it is - have tried various iterations and sick every time unless it’s a plain cheese quesadilla, so it’s not the grease

The chicken at chipotle makes me sick. I don't eat any other meat so haven't tried the others. Now I will only get veggie stuff there but rarely go. I haven't been back in probably over 5 years.

My most "memorable" upset stomach experience was after eating chicken at Qdoba. I have never eaten there since.

Indian food doesn’t do that for me nor does any other type of spicy food. It’s weird. I have no problems with the ingredients on their own like lentils, lamb, ground beef, vegetables.

Basil. Can't digest it. My stomach hurts for 6 hours after I eat it and then I vomit water and basil. Every time.

Broccoli
Meatballs

Anytime I get a salad at Chipotle. Not sure if it’s the lettuce or the dressing. But it’s EVERY TIME.

Squash, especially zucchini. Whenever I need stool softener I just make myself zucchini bread. (But let us never speak of the one time I tried replacing normal spaghetti with spaghetti squash. It was bad.)

+2 Quinoa is very bad for me and DH. Tasty but I always regret it later.
