I'd prefer that too, but let's be honest here, this is not the MCPS that would go that route. Not now anyway. Maybe when there are significant personnel changes anyway.

Your student is in the lottery and was not placed in the regional program at this time. Their name will remain in the lottery for future vacancies and will be placed in the enriched course at the middle school.
