It’s really not, and certainly not to the level of crime that LA is currently experiencing. I actually recently moved out of Los Angeles for that very reason (a WAY bigger city than wherever you live in DC). When’s the last time you lived in LA?

Out of touch is the person who compares LA to a third world country. Not only out of touch but ignorant. Delusional is defending that privileged fool who thought he was above getting his car broken into. And again, you simply cannot read or comprehend. Poor and disenfranchised people are well aware of the crime spree happening in LA. Seth actually seems to be aware of it and understand that when you actually live in a big city these crimes happen a lot more than the suburbs. You however seem to not understand that.
