It's a party so that's ok but have a clean up station and lidded trash can nearby against a wall so it won't get knocked over.

Why do you assume OP has kids?

Because op is posting on a site explicitly for moms and dads?

This site is not only for moms and dads you moron. Thatโ€™s not how the internet works. There are lots of childfree people here.

OP, enjoy your pupโ€™s birthday party. My Masiff turns 1 on November 11. Can she come? ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ˜Ž

Anyway, exhibit a for people who treat dogs like children.

Where does it state birthday parties are only for children??

You might be surprised to hear this, but Jeff can't tell if posters have kids or not.

Although โ€œurbanโ€ seems to be used very loosely, and โ€œDCโ€ seems to be used very expansively too. Nice that the site can stretch to be so inclusive! ๐Ÿถ

What are the rules on dogless losers who spend all day hitting refresh and making comments on threads in a forum called PETS? Seems perhaps you are not really the intended audience of this forum.

I have 2 teenagers (human) and one dog. I do not treat my dog like my children. Iโ€™ve already done my Christmas shopping for the dog. Havenโ€™t started buying for the kids yet.

My pups are my kids. They also act like it! They sit next to me and curl around my neck or head or sit and put their paw around me.

Hahaha! This.

-Mom of two (human) kids and a dog. But I live in northern Virginia--the suburbs (gasp!) so I don't belong here either.
