When I was vegetarian for a minute, I’d I’ve been happy with just the typical sides. Now I feel I could put in a bit more effort to accommodate 2 vegetarians.

I am happy with the sides, so would want those to be vegetarian (or if, eg, you always do a dressing with meat, make a portion of it vegetarian). I don’t care at all about vegetarian mains as long as there are plenty of vegetarian side dishes, including the traditional favorites.

Prepared turkey breast from honey baked ham - delicious nut not cost effective

Same. Please let me know if there is chicken broth in anything too? Sides are great. It does mean a lot to see a veggie main but I’m happy as long as the sides are filling.

I’d like something substantial like eggplant Parmesan or stuffed squash, and to know that some of the sides and maybe a bit of dressing are vegetarian. I’d also be happy with the typical sides, but often, the festive versions are not vegetarian, so that might not leave many choices.

Eggplant parm is literally the most time consuming dish in my repertoire. I use my Italian grandma’s recipe and take no shortcuts. So it’s A LOT
to ask for Thanksgiving.

NP. I assumed people would be posting their menus and links.

DP and same. Major letdown. I thought this would be a big free-for-all of menus, followed by tired observations of how "mac and cheese has no place on a Thanksgiving table" or the new DCUM favorite "no, idiot, don't serve only venison without warning your guests."

Yup. You guys got me.
