Where can I order a delicious turkey breast, not tough or chewy (prepared or ready to cook)?

Anonymous
When I’ve attempted brining the turkey breast it came out tasting like salt. Clearly doing something wrong (thought
I thought I followed the directions)

Both.

One year I just bought fresh, brined breasts, and a leg for my spouse. The next I bought the cooked version. I don’t need or want a full bird.

Costco has had them the past 2 years.

I ordered a Greenberg smoked turkey at gobblegobble.com or you can try Goldbelly.com

NP. I assumed people would be posting their menus and links.

DP and same. Major letdown. I thought this would be a big free-for-all of menus, followed by tired observations of how "mac and cheese has no place on a Thanksgiving table" or the new DCUM favorite "no, idiot, don't serve only venison without warning your guests."

What’s the key to brining? (I’m assuming that’s what keeps the turkey juicy?)

What would a vegetarian like to see/eat at a traditional Thanksgiving meal?
When I was vegetarian for a minute, I’d I’ve been happy with just the typical sides. Now I feel I could put in a bit more effort to accommodate 2 vegetarians.

It doesn’t look like Moms is doing it’s turkey orders this year. Anyone know what’s up with that?

I’d like something substantial like eggplant Parmesan or stuffed squash, and to know that some of the sides and maybe a bit of dressing are vegetarian. I’d also be happy with the typical sides, but often, the festive versions are not vegetarian, so that might not leave many choices.
